What You Pay Us: Nothing
Of course we receive a fee, but
it doesn't come out of your pocket. Here's how it works:
You fall in love with a home in Northern Virginia,
Suburban Maryland... anywhere in the Washington, DC
real estate market. We're with you every step of the
way — right up through settlement.
At the table, a percentage of the selling price goes toward commission
for the real estate agent(s). If the buyer has no agent the entire
payment goes to the seller's agent. When a buyer's agent is involved
in the transaction the commission is split with the seller's agent.
Therefore, the buyer is never charged a fee. Whether you're out
there on your own, or represented by the strategies, resources
and expertise of The Buyer Brokerage, the cost to you, the buyer,
remains the same — absolutely nothing.

" Buyer brokers have the buyer's interests in mind. They act as a personal
advocate, hunting for the right house and haggling with the seller's agent. In
fact, a study by a national long distance phone company found that 200 relocating
workers who used buyer brokers paid an average of 91% of the offering price,
whereas those using traditional brokers paid 96%."
